Crew data analysis associates bring data insights to life with predictive and descriptive analytics, create meaningful business intelligence and data visualization dashboards, and learn data profiling and cloud data practices.
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations for internal and external stakeholders
Develop and optimize SQL queries against Snowflake, Redshift, or other relational databases to support reporting and analysis
Own monthly reporting deliverables, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and clarity
Partner with cross-functional teams (Business, Product, and Engineering) to define key metrics and deliver trusted, data-driven insights
Support and prioritize ad hoc analysis requests with a focus on speed, quality, and storytelling
Validate and troubleshoot data discrepancies across sources; ensure data integrity and governance best practices are followed
Document data sources, dashboard logic, and reporting processes for transparency and repeatability
Continuously identify opportunities to automate manual processes and enhance reporting workflows
Qualifications:
2-4 years of relevant experience in analytics, BI, or reporting roles
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Math, Information Systems, or a related field
Proficient in SQL, with experience querying and modeling data in Snowflake, Redshift, or similar cloud data platforms
Strong Tableau experience, including building interactive dashboards and using best practices for design and performance
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences
Detail-oriented with strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. now and in the future without employer sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with DBT, Airflow, or Alteryx for data pipeline orchestration or transformation
Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Exposure to Python or R for data analysis and automation
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
