Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter Lead / Technical Lead to drive end-to-end PLM solutioning and lead complex Teamcenter implementations. This role involves close customer interaction, technical leadership, architecture design, and hands-on development across Teamcenter and Active Workspace (AWC).
As a Teamcenter Lead, you will guide technical teams, design scalable solutions, manage integrations, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple stakeholders and vendor environments.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter Lead / Technical Lead to drive end-to-end PLM solutioning and lead complex Teamcenter implementations. This role involves close customer interaction, technical leadership, architecture design, and hands-on development across Teamcenter and Active Workspace (AWC).
As a Teamcenter Lead, you will guide technical teams, design scalable solutions, manage integrations, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple stakeholders and vendor environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Technical Lead for Teamcenter PLM implementations
- Interact with customers to gather requirements and propose technical solutions
- Architect and guide end-to-end Teamcenter solutions
- Lead design and development of Teamcenter modules and release processes
- Drive Teamcenter customization, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Oversee Teamcenter installation, upgrades, and integrations
- Manage code configuration, unit testing, and technical documentation
- Lead integration feasibility with downstream and upstream systems
- Handle customer technical queries and ensure solution quality
- Collaborate with vendor teams, QA, testing, and cross-functional stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in Teamcenter PLM and Active Workspace (AWC)
- Experience with Teamcenter 13.x, 14.x, 2312 and AWC 6.x
- Hands-on experience with ITK customization
- Expertise in BMIDE data model configuration
- Experience with SOA services and interface development
- CAD integration experience with Teamcenter
- Strong knowledge of:
- Part Management
- BoM & Mfg BoM Management
- Change Management
- Service BoM
- Document Management
- Experience with TcUA development
- Background working in Hi-Tech industry environments
- Experience managing multi-vendor ecosystems
