Top Required Skills
- Experience with certifications such as CFE, ACAMS, or ACFCS to support fraud strategy and compliance.
- Proficiency in Python, R, and/or Alteryx for fraud analysis, rule testing, and automation.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet to manage Agile workflows and product backlogs.

Job Description
- The company is looking to hire a Sr. Alloy Product Manager - Fraud Strategy to lead their digital identity and fraud prevention efforts using the Alloy identity orchestration platform.
- This role blends product management, fraud strategy, and rules analysis to deliver secure, seamless, and scalable member onboarding experiences.
- The position requires expertise in Agile product ownership, fraud rule configuration, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure Alloy is optimized for both risk reduction and member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Ownership & Strategy
- Lead the strategy and delivery of the company's Alloy platform to support fraud prevention and member onboarding goals
- Manage product roadmaps and backlogs using Agile practices (Epics, Features, PBIs)
- Act as the main point of contact for Alloy and oversee vendor relationships
- Design and maintain onboarding workflows that align with internal fraud strategy and industry best practices
- Work closely with teams across Fraud Operations, Digital, Compliance, IT, Retail, Servicing, and Vendor Management
- Stay informed on fraud trends, regulations, and new technologies to guide product decisions
Fraud Rules & Analytics:
- Set up and fine-tune Alloy decision rules to reduce fraud and improve accuracy
- Run tests (A/B, backtesting, shadow testing) to validate and improve rule performance
- Analyze fraud data using tools like Excel, SQL, Python, and R to identify patterns and measure impact
- Build dashboards in Tableau to track rule performance and provide insights to stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in technology, business, crmnl justice, or a related field (or equivalent experience); advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in fraud management, digital identity, or product management
- Hands-on experience with Alloy or similar identity orchestration platforms
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI
- Ability to work independently, identify business needs, and solve problems with minimal supervision
- Experience defining product strategies and managing the full product lifecycle
- Proven experience managing vendor relationships
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, backlog management, and sprint delivery
- Excellent communication skills - writing, editing, and presenting
