Oracle EPM Support Analyst

As an Oracle EPM Support Analyst, you will deliver daily support to Oracle EPM users, including both Hyperion On-Prem and EPM Cloud solutions. Your focus will be on Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Hyperion Financial Management (HFM On-Premises), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), and Data Management. If you have excellent multitasking, organizational and communication skills and thrive in a team environment, then this role is for you.

Qualifications
At least five years of previous work experience in the business or IT field required
Prior experience with financial reporting, budgeting, consolidation, and accounting practices required
Experience in full consulting or IT project lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and training) preferred
Experience within the higher education space preferred
B.S. or B.A. degree in business, MIS, or equivalent required

Strong - Strong in ARCS/FCC/EPBCS

Job Summary
Architecting, designing, and developing solutions on EPM cloud platform
Should be capable to work independently on EPM engagement
Have worked / supported on integration of Hyperion modules like Essbase, Planning, SAP ERP,HFM, etc.
Responsible for working with business to gather and document requirements and configuring solutions by coordinating with Oracle on EPM Application space.
Take responsibilities on requirement gathering, configuration, maintaining IT processes, documentations and develop & deliver the same.
Review monthly EPM patches, Lead regression testing, support EPM Automate application issues and do impact analysis as a regular production support activities.
Escalate Product Issues with Oracle and resolve the same by working on the same based on priorities.
Develops and delivers presentations as a technical expert. Develops communications for Corporate-wide technical directions.
