About the Role
As an Information Security Engineer, you will play a critical role in consulting on complex, large-scale security initiatives. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and resolve multifaceted security challenges, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and compliance standards. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and consult on large-scale Information Security Engineering initiatives with broad organizational impact.
- Analyze and resolve complex security challenges involving multiple factors, including novel or unprecedented scenarios.
- Collaborate with application teams to identify and document usage patterns and security gaps.
- Contribute to policy development and rotation strategies.
- Support upcoming SailPoint integration projects and provide subject matter expertise.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for configurations and workflows.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet compliance and security standards.
- 5+ years of experience in Information Security Engineering or equivalent experience through work, consulting, military service, or education.
- 7+ years of experience administering large, complex CyberArk environments.
- In-depth knowledge of CyberArk PAM tools including PAS Vault, DR, CPM, PSM, PVWA, CP, CCP, and Alero.
- 5+ years of credential management experience.
- 3+ years of secrets management experience in cloud or DevOps environments.
- Advanced understanding of information security practices and policies.
- 7+ years of Windows OS administration experience.
- 5+ years of experience automating workflows using PowerShell, Python, or Shell scripting.
- Experience integrating SailPoint with CyberArk.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL).
- Experience with directories (LDAP, Active Directory).
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- CyberArk certifications are a plus.
- Experience with SailPoint implementation and integration.
- Strong documentation skills for technical configurations and processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
