Job Title: Data Scientist / AI & Machine Learning Engineer

Location: Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist / AI & Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable data-driven and AI solutions. The ideal candidate will work remotely with cross-functional teams to transform complex data into actionable insights and production-ready machine learning models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze large, structured and unstructured datasets to extract insights and trends

  • Design, build, train, and deploy machine learning and AI models

  • Develop predictive, classification, recommendation, and NLP models

  • Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization

  • Implement end-to-end ML pipelines (training, validation, deployment, monitoring)

  • Work with stakeholders to translate business problems into analytical solutions

  • Deploy models using cloud platforms and MLOps best practices

  • Continuously evaluate model performance and improve accuracy

  • Document methodologies, models, and results clearly

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)

  • Experience with Machine Learning & Statistical Modeling

  • Hands-on experience with Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)

  • Solid understanding of probability, statistics, and linear algebra

  • Experience with SQL and data manipulation

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, Tableau)

  • Experience deploying models using REST APIs or microservices

  • Knowledge of Git, Agile/Scrum methodologies

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI (LLMs)

  • Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes)

  • Cloud experience: AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform

  • Experience with Big Data tools (Spark, Hadoop)

  • Exposure to AutoML or AI platforms

  • Prior experience in remote or distributed teams

Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Mathematics, or related field
