Job Title: UI/UX Developer (Developer IV )
Location: Reston, VA (onsite)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer to join our team. The role involves designing intuitive user interfaces through wireframing and prototyping, while also supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure a high-quality user experience. Experience with Salesforce applications and proficiency in Figma are strong advantages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • UI/UX Design & Wireframing:
    • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize user journeys and interface layouts.
    • Translate business and user requirements into clean, functional designs.
    • Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with usability best practices.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
    • Develop and execute UAT test plans, scripts, and scenarios.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate functionality and user experience.
    • Document feedback, track issues, and support resolution efforts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to align design and testing efforts.
    • Present design concepts and UAT findings to stakeholders for review and iteration.
  • Salesforce Application Support (Preferred):
    • Understand Salesforce UI components and design principles.
    • Assist in designing user interfaces for Salesforce applications, including Lightning components and Visualforce pages.
  • Figma Usage (Preferred):
    • Use Figma to create and manage design systems, prototypes, and collaborative workflows.
    • Maintain version control and design documentation within Figma.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design and wireframing.
  • Hands-on experience with UAT planning and execution.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
  • Proficiency in Figma for design and collaboration.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with usability testing and user research.
