Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead the SVN to Git migration strategy for ACE-based integration flows.
• Define and implement repository structures (monorepo, multi-repo, or hybrid) that scale with the organization's needs.
• Collaborate with integration architects and developers to logically group flows based on business domains, interfaces, and shared components.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or IBM DevOps tools.
• Support GitOps practices using ArgoCD/Flux if applicable.
• Establish and enforce branching strategies, code review processes, and governance models to reduce conflicts across support and new development teams.
• Provide guidance on standard Git workflows, eliminating reliance on custom SVN plugins.
• Act as a bridge between support and new initiatives teams, ensuring code quality, traceability, and effective handoffs.
• Collaborate with Emids and customer teams to align on goals, timelines, and best practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Integration Architecture, DevOps, or Software Configuration Management.
• Deep understanding of IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) or similar integration tools.
• Strong experience in version control system migrations, especially SVN to Git.
• Hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines in complex environments.
• Familiarity with Eclipse IDE, Git branching strategies, and GitOps tools.
• Excellent communication skills to work across multiple technical and business teams.
• Experience in healthcare IT or regulated environments is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in hybrid team environments (support + development).
• Prior exposure to organizing large-scale integration codebases (1,000+ flows).
• Knowledge of scripting for automation and migration tooling (Python, Shell, Groovy, and Java etc.).
