Job Details
Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Richmond, VA 23225
Note: Must live within 60 miles of Richmond, VA Local Driver s License required Work Mode: Mostly Virtual; In-Person may be required at Manager s discretion Mandatory: Active PMP Certification (Upload copy with submission)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple high-risk projects throughout the lifecycle (>$10M projects)
- Lead planning, implementation, and closure of local government-focused projects
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across state/local agencies and 3rd parties
- Track progress, budget, risk, and mitigation strategies
- Develop training materials and reporting tools for Project Management Center of Excellence (PM COE)
- Support strategic portfolio oversight and mission charter alignment
- Provide mentoring and risk management support for high-risk projects
