In this role, you will be the first point of contact for internal HR-related inquiries, delivering timely and accurate responses through our custom online tool. You'll play a key role in shaping how our team experiences HR support across North America.

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional written customer service to internal team members via the Ask HR online platform.
- Accurately identify the inquirer's role, location, and context to provide tailored responses.
- Interpret and clarify vague questions to ensure accurate and complete answers.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and empathetic tone in all communications.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and privacy standards.
- Navigate a comprehensive knowledge base across 30+ categories to locate accurate information.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts when answers are not readily available.
- Manage and resolve 20-30 inquiries daily, ensuring resolution or escalation within 24 hours.
- Use sound judgment to escalate complex issues and ensure smooth handoffs.
- Strong customer service orientation with prior experience in a support or service role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and levels within the organization.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume environment.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proficiency in Spanish, French, and/or Japanese.
- Experience in content writing or content management.
- Familiarity with Design Thinking principles.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
