As a Data Analyst I, you ll play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights across multiple business areas. Your work will ensure accuracy in reporting, improve business processes, and support strategic decisions through analytics and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
* Collect and validate data from internal and external sources
* Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
* Develop and document SQL queries, stored procedures, and reporting processes
* Create and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports
* Respond to internal data inquiries and support analytical needs
Minimum Qualifications
* 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or reporting
* Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts
* Familiarity with statistical software or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
* Strong documentation, analytical, and organizational skills
Core Tools & Systems
* SQL (queries, joins, stored procedures)
* Relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle)
* Reporting platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
* Data extraction tools and validation methods
* Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
Preferred Skills
* Experience with ad hoc reporting in cross-functional environments
* Knowledge of data governance or QA frameworks
* Exposure to external data source integration (e.g., web scraping or APIs)

Compensation & Schedule
* $35-$47/hour * Full-time hours * Contract-to-hire (W2) * Start: ASAP
