Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Client Solutions Delivery Strategist to join our client s Client Solution Development team within the mortgage servicing space. This direct-hire, hybrid role is based in Ewing, NJ, Tempe, AZ, or Yardley, PA, with four days onsite and Fridays remote. This is a high-impact opportunity to collaborate across teams, shape innovative solutions, and drive measurable results for clients. As a Client Solutions Delivery Strategist, you ll play a key role in:
Assessing client requests and crafting tailored business, process, and technology solutions
Developing proposals and pricing strategies that align with client needs
Developing and presenting solutions to internal and external stakeholders
Managing a dynamic pipeline of client engagements from concept to delivery

Work Schedule:
Monday Thursday onsite, Friday remote; core hours 9:00 AM 5:00 PM with some flexibility

Key Responsibilities of the Client Solutions Delivery Strategist:
Evaluate and resolve complex client solution requests, leveraging mortgage servicing expertise and system knowledge.
Partner with business, technology, legal, and pricing teams to design, document, and deliver client-focused solutions.
Serve as a subject matter expert on mortgage servicing practices and systems, explaining capabilities and identifying areas for innovation.
Maintain knowledge of processes, reporting, and compliance requirements to ensure solutions meet operational and regulatory standards.
Assess risk in decision-making and uphold compliance with applicable policies, laws, and regulations.
Provide guidance to junior staff as needed while representing the team on cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills for the Client Solutions Delivery Strategist:
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of related experience required.
Must have experience in mortgage lending, origination, and servicing.
Demonstrated ability to drive projects forward, meet deadlines, and manage high-volume client solution and project requests.
Strong focus on day-to-day deliverables with the ability to develop solutions based on subject expertise and occasionally represent the department at a broader level.
Experience collaborating with external clients as well as internal business teams, including technology, project management, product, and security.
Ability to build strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Developing ability to influence and drive consensus across a diverse group of decision makers.
Understanding of software architecture, including various architectural techniques and enterprise design systems.
Functional knowledge of multiple methodologies and tools, with ongoing awareness of industry evolution and innovation.
Familiarity with ICE Mortgage Technology (servicing platform) is a plus, with subject matter experts available for support.
