Job Overview

The ERP Cloud Procurement Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing all procurement processes within our cloud-based ERP system. This role will involve developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. The successful candidate will also be expected to lead and mentor a team, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and driving continuous improvement in our procurement processes.

Responsibilities

Lead the procurement team in managing all aspects of order processing, sourcing, and purchasing.

Oversee product and inventory management to ensure optimal levels are maintained.

Implement and manage ERP systems, particularly in relation to procurement and inventory management.

Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of procurement processes.

Required Skills

Order Management: The candidate must have a strong understanding of order management processes and systems, with the ability to manage and oversee all aspects of order processing.

Procurement: The candidate must have a solid background in procurement, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services.

Product & Inventory Management: The candidate must have experience in managing product lines and maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet business needs.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.

Preferred Skills

Oracle Cloud: Experience with Oracle Cloud applications would be beneficial.

Manufacturing: Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems would be an advantage.

Project Management: Experience in managing projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring timely delivery of objectives.

Supply Chain Management: Understanding of supply chain processes and systems.

Financial Analysis: Ability to analyze financial data and use it to make informed decisions.

SAP: Experience with SAP ERP systems.

Business Analysis: Ability to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.

Change Management: Experience in managing change within an organization, including implementing new processes and systems.

Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
