About the Job
As a Technician II in our Repair Center, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing orthopedic and neurosurgical medical devices. This role requires precision, adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and a commitment to quality and traceability.
Responsibilities
Perform in-house servicing and repair of orthopedic and neurosurgical medical device products.
Diagnose, repair, and test mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures using established procedures.
Conduct preventative maintenance and programming to ensure device quality and traceability.
Execute cleaning, testing, calibration, and maintenance of repaired products.
Follow clearly defined procedures and guidelines to support decision-making during the manufacturing process.
Apply detailed instructions and make straightforward judgments in the repair of medical devices.
Minimum Qualifications
1+ year of experience in manufacturing or a similar technical field.
Familiarity with GMP and regulated manufacturing environments.
Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain high standards of quality.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with medical device repair or servicing.
Knowledge of orthopedic or neurosurgical equipment.
Technical certification or relevant vocational training.
