Job Description

We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic Adobe Analytics consultant for delivery roles in large scale project. Candidate will be closely working with team of 4 to 6 members and responsible for technical deliverables related to Adobe Analytics. Candidate will be responsible to provide technical directions during implementation phase and post implementation sustainment phase.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Design and implement Adobe Analytics data collection, processing, reporting and dashboarding for mobile and web channels.
  • Regarding data collection, proficiencies needed in tag management systems, data layers, and SDK integrations. Review and ensure tracking codes are deployed correctly and data collection adheres to governance standards.
  • Well versed on Adobe Analytics technology trends and platforms, collaborate with other team members.
  • Participate and showcase leadership in analytics strategy building, design & development, implementation & deployment of various analytics module and features.
  • Establish and maintain data quality standards. Regularly audit data accuracy and tracking implementations to ensure compliance with data governance guidelines.
  • Help the project manager with task development, project planning, risk identification and mitigation planning and help evolve the software development methodology.
  • RCA for data anomalies and recommendations to fix it.
  • Ensure technical issues are quickly resolved, implement strategies and solutions to mitigate, create framework via hands-on coding/configuration and interface with client architects.
  • Provide an assessment of obstacles and technical hurdles to the success of the project
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in an accelerated fashion leveraging various toolsets in Adobe Analytics space.
  • Support tracking prioritization and ongoing roadmap of Analytics improvements.
  • Support the implementation of JavaScript, validate and debug tag implementation of marketing tags and analytics tracking.
  • Actively participate in the identification of new ideas by monitoring tracking, analysing performance, identifying areas of improvement, and recommending ways to improve on a daily basis.

Skills and Qualification:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital analytics, with at least 3-5 years focused on Adobe Analytics
  • Experience with various channel web, app, advertisement is preferred.
  • Retail experience is a plus for the role.
  • Strong business acumen, combined with a customer-centric approach in identifying, developing, and enabling deep actionable insights to improve the digital experience for customers and prospects.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple, time-sensitive deliverables and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, manage projects, and collaborate across functions.
  • Bachelor s degree in marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
