Power Platform Manager

Vaco is looking for a Power Platform Manager to join the team of a large manufacturing company in the Dallas area. In this role, the Power Platform Manager will be expected to be hands-on, in the code, with the team of direct reports they will be managing.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity and hybrid on-site in Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Power Platform -- Power BI, Power Pages, Power Apps, and Power Automate
  
  
  
  • Experience supporting e-commerce portal within Power Pages
  
  
  • Experience creating reports/dashboards in Power BI and embedding within Power Apps
  
  
  • Experience creating and configuring custom connectors in Power Apps and Power Automate
  
  
  
  


• 3+ years of experience as a hands-on manager doing code development and managing direct reports
  
  
  
  • Must have experience managing on-shore and off-shore teams
  
  
  • Experience completing perfornance reviews, driving work, mentoring/coaching, etc.
  
  
  
  


• Ability to make recommendations on how to best utilize Power Platform within the business


• 3+ years of experience with ERPs, D365 preferred


• Experience with Azure DevOps and ability to function as a Scrum Master leading technical teams to deliver results including task management, technical mentoring, code reviews, and issue resolution


• Proficiency is SharePoint Online, .NET/C#, SQL


• Experience managing and implementing on-prem data gateways with Power Platform


• Leverage dataverse databases and Common database models with Power Platform


• Ability to create and implement the company BI strategy and Power Platform CoE Starter Kit
