Pay Range: $38 - $40/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define sourcing strategies for non-technical positions including roles in HR, finance, operations, marketing, legal, customer service, healthcare, supply chain, and more.
- Understand the unique qualifications, soft skills, and business requirements of non-technical positions to identify candidates who meet the job and organizational needs.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor activity, and local labor markets in key non-IT domains.
- Build pipelines of active and passive candidates through advanced sourcing methods including Boolean searches, social media engagement, professional associations, employee referrals, job boards, and CRM systems.
- Proactively engage and qualify candidates, assess interest levels, and effectively articulate the company s value proposition and culture.
- Maintain and leverage candidate pools in systems such as Workday and Beamery to support both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Develop sourcing strategies that support diversity and inclusion efforts, including outreach to underrepresented groups and partnerships with diverse professional communities.
- Utilize Beamery and other CRM platforms to build, maintain, and engage talent communities aligned with high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
- Conduct initial phone screens and provide a high-touch candidate experience that aligns with the company s values and employer brand.
- Work in collaboration with recruiting and HR teams to manage candidate pipelines and share insights on candidate availability, competitor practices, and market conditions.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; Strategic Sourcing & Talent Research, Candidate Qualification & Relationship Building, ATS/CRM & Market Intelligence
- Proven success in sourcing non-technical roles across various departments such as administration, finance, HR, healthcare, sales, retail, operations, logistics, and customer service.
- Strong understanding of direct sourcing methodologies, passive candidate engagement, and market research techniques.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools preferably Workday and/or Beamery.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to assess candidate qualifications, soft skills, and fit for organizational culture.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to track and manage data accurately.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity recruiting practices and experience building inclusive candidate pipelines.
