Duties/Day to Day Overview | - Responsible for turning product requirements into designs
- Developing implementation plans
- Developing integrations and automated initiatives for both On-cloud and On-premise platforms.
- Responsible for the development of the service management framework, workflows, event management workflows, and business application workflows as well as integrations and tools capabilities.
- You will be at the forefront of IT Operations transformation, delivering cost savings, productivity gains, and user experience improvements. Top Requirements (Must haves) | - 2+ years working in the ITSM or IT services/consulting industry preferred
- 2+ years coding ServiceNow features or similar platforms preferred
- Experience with ITIL Foundation level and other frameworks such as COBIT, IT4IT beneficial
- Experience with Web Services, API s, Database-level integrations/ETL
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.) and working a SaaS environment
- Experience in driving design and strategy around tools
- Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, and other technologies
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology and proven experience in technical development roles
