Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Syteline / ERP Project Manager to lead the successful implementation and optimization of the Infor Syteline ERP system. This role is client-facing and requires a deep understanding of ERP project management, particularly with Syteline, ensuring seamless integration, process improvements, and business alignment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing full-cycle ERP implementations from the client side and working closely with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ERP Implementation & Management: Lead and manage the full lifecycle of Syteline ERP implementations, including planning, execution, training, and post-go-live support.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and consultants to align ERP solutions with business needs.

  • Process Optimization: Assess and refine business processes to ensure maximum efficiency and system utilization.

  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth project execution.

  • Data Migration & Integration: Oversee data conversion, system integrations, and customization efforts.

  • Change Management: Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing support.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, system performance, and ensure continuous improvements post-implementation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing Syteline ERP implementations, preferably from the client side.

  • Strong background in ERP project management, process improvement, and change management.

  • Deep understanding of manufacturing, distribution, or related industries.

  • Experience in data migration, system integration, and configuration.

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions for ERP-related challenges.

  • PMP, Six Sigma, or relevant certifications are a plus.
