Salesforce Developer Clean Energy Solutions Data & Analytics Team

W2 only - No C2C


5-6 years of experience required

Key Responsibilities:
Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce environments, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
Develop and manage custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation to support business needs.
Collaborate with business analysts and data analytics team members to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems and data sources, ensuring data integrity and seamless workflows.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards for Clean Energy Solutions initiatives.
Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for Salesforce features and processes.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend new features or improvements.

Required Qualifications - Salesforce Developer
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
2 years of hands-on Salesforce Developer experience.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flow, Process Builder, and AppExchange solutions.
Proficiency in data management, reporting, and analytics within Salesforce.
Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
.Programming languages such as Python required
SQL required
Rest API integration experience required

Preferred Qualifications - Salesforce Developer:
Experience supporting clean energy, sustainability, or utility sector projects.
Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI).
Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.).
