About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Consultant (GWPC) ACE / Specialist with hands-on experience in architecture, design, implementation, and integration of Guidewire Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will lead technical design, solution delivery, and best practices for enterprise insurance applications. The role demands expertise in cloud-native patterns, microservices architecture, and leveraging Guidewire's advanced features while mentoring teams and ensuring high-quality implementations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions, owning the delivery through implementation phases.

  • Architect scalable, efficient, and secure solutions leveraging cloud-native patterns, microservices, and Guidewire's cloud platform.

  • Collaborate with program and solution leads to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Provide technical leadership across teams, mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce adherence to coding standards and best practices.

  • Drive solution integration, data modeling, and API strategy for seamless communication between Guidewire and other systems.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter (GWPC) implementation, architecture, design, data models, and integrations.

  • GWPC ACE / Specialist certification is preferred.

  • Extensive experience with Guidewire Cloud version deployments and associated cloud patterns.

  • Proven expertise with Advanced Product Designer (APD) within Guidewire.

  • Strong knowledge of cloud-native architecture, microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven systems.

  • Experience working with Guidewire data models, configuration, and performance tuning.

  • Awareness of AI/ML use cases and integration possibilities within insurance applications.
