Data Program Manager

Job Summary:

You will be expected to independently contribute ideas, recommendations, and solutions toward solving business challenges, construct key components of deliverables/presentations, and contribute to the development of the project. You will serve as a team leader for individual work streams and acquire a comprehensive understanding of the firm s expertise, product set, and capabilities. Responsibilities:

• Decompose key business problems to identify value areas and structure and implement complex technology solutions for the client.
• Create innovative and differentiated offerings, staying relevant and in sync with market demand and technology evolution.
• Deliver advisory services to Senior Management and above in support of technology-enabled business changes.
• Manage and Deliver technology projects including application development, integration, data migration, testing, etc. for IT organizations.
• Meet with client staff daily to understand key issues with how they operate today and identify opportunities for improvement in their operations and technology landscape.
• Leveraging Excelacom s domestic and international assets and expertise to bring new ideas to clients.
• Supporting the development of improved capabilities in clients across business processes, people and technology.
• Developing business cases and implementation roadmaps to support investment decisions.
• Providing project management and change management support on large- or small-scale transformation projects.
• Identify and qualify additional business opportunities
• Prepare solutions and proposals and present to clients
• Mobile Product/Program manager responsible for managing one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide programs consisting of multiple projects.
• Aligns project delivery with broader strategic initiatives and goals.
• Manages multiple projects and programs and orchestrates the results to achieve a broad program goal ensuring that governance controls are in place.
• Works with stakeholders to understand customer needs and translate them into clear business requirements. Collaborates with engineering, network operations, IT mobile and other teams to ensure seamless product development and deployment.
• Ensures the technical feasibility of new features and products, collaborating with engineering teams to identify and resolve technical challenges.
• Plans and implements schedules and monitors program from inception through delivery.
• Identifies and resolves technical issues that may arise during product development or deployment.
• Defines and reports program roadmap, status, development issues and success metrics that align with technical initiatives and business goals.
• Identifies and monitors areas of risk.

Qualifications:

• Oversee project actions and plan for future tasks
• Schedule and coordinate applicable resources as needed for task completions
• Use Microsoft Teams task boards and other tools for keeping track of project activities Experience and expertise in the following areas are mandatory:
• Project Management skills
• Resource management, project plan creation, task assignments
• Clear communicator and ensure all team members are assigned actionable tasks Experience and expertise in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
• Responsible for delivering the project from phase of inception to closure
• Experience with complex projects which are typically higher risk, high value or are of strategic importance
