Job Code: Support Engineer (Technical Product Delivery Specialist)
Work Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
- Prepares, releases, and delivers technical documents and data to the customer within standard guidelines, processes, and applicable specifications. Identifies document and technical data delivery requirements based on customer and contract guidelines.
- Gathers technical documents and data, assembles technical end-product, and performs quality checks. Delivers or releases customer technical end-product in the appropriate format per contract requirements and resolves any discrepancies.
- Maintains delivery record data files, customer access to online technical content and technical data library.
- Supports identifying document and technical data delivery requirements based on customer and contract guidelines.
- Gathers technical documents and data, assembles technical end-product, and performs routine quality checks.
- Completes simple release of customer technical end-product in the appropriate format per contract requirements.
- Files delivery records and administers customer access to online technical content and technical data library.
Regular and predictable attendance is required.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
* Experience with Technical orders is required
* XPP is required
* Arbor Text Editor is required
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Boeing process a plus
Technical publishing experience is preferred
XML and ACM
Education Requirements: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor, 3 years' related work experience, etc.).
