Project Manager

• Under broad supervision, the IT Project Manager leads multiple end-to-end technical projects, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and alignment with engineering and business teams. The PM manages project planning, documentation, process improvement, and status reporting, using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with project managers, vendors, clients, and engineering teams.
• Track projects using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and traditional schedules.
• Prepare project charters, kickoffs, dashboards, and meeting materials.
• Facilitate meetings, maintain Jira/ServiceNow boards, and provide status updates.
• Manage project documentation, risks, constraints, and process gaps.
• Draft process and how-to documentation; reinforce best practices.
• Use tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, SharePoint, Project Online, and Outlook.

Requirements:

• 3 5 years IT project management in an enterprise environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data, manage multiple priorities, and escalate when needed.
• Experience with contractual scope interpretation (preferred).
• College coursework or certifications preferred.
