Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for creating high-quality code and working closely with business analysts and stakeholders to meet business needs and improve user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), and Salesforce APIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce orgs with new features and updates.
- Perform unit testing, system testing, and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments.
- Follow Salesforce best practices and stay updated with platform updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); Platform Developer II (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Experience with Jira, Copado, Gearset, or other DevOps tools.
- Additional Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, etc.)
