Senior Product Designer | UX | Post Fulfillment Processes

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking a proven senior designer to join our Experience Design team. A successful candidate will influence product strategy, be a design leader within the team, drive collaboration, & lead UX strategy across their area. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced team, think holistically about digital product design & change the current grocery landscape.
The Experience Design team has an effective partnership with Product Management & Development teams. We collaborate with engineers, product owners, brand clients & executives throughout the product development lifecycle. The position requires a customer focus, a data-informed approach, & knowledge of current practices for mobile app & browser UX design. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity, passionate about design, & able to perform at a high level with minimal direction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Aligns business goals & user needs through design strategy & elegant, simple, & intuitive design solutions
Strong advocate for the customer throughout the product lifecycle
Collaborates, coordinates, & influences design colleagues to deliver a cohesive & consistent user experience across our digital platforms
Brings a mobile - first mindset with stakeholders & cross functional teams
Effectively presents the work to various audiences. Can clearly & passionately articulate rationale behind design decisions. Knows the appropriate level of detail to speak to for the audience ( presenting to business stakeholders & executives vs. design teams & developers )
Delivers service blueprints, flows, wireframes, high fidelity comps, & front-end annotations
Delivers final designs adhering to brand standards, WCAG 2.0, & internal design system guidelines
Works with scrum teams to ensure designs are implemented as intended
Champions ongoing improvements by considering market analysis, customer feedback, usage analytics, stakeholder input, & design research findings
QUALIFICATIONS

Top Must Haves:

Information Architecture background; experience breaking down complex systems
Excellent critical thinking & analytical skills
Organized & multitasking skills
Navigate complexities & being autonomous

Basic Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, service design, or similar role
Experience working with or conducting your own research, presenting results & acting on those results
Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, etc., & understanding of front-end development technologies
