Description
Key requirements for the role include:
ServiceNow expertise, any admin experience in the platform is a plus
Project management background, which would be helpful but not required
Strong initiative and ability to act as a liaison between the new consulting partner and Infosys
Responsibilities include:
Providing SPM expertise to rebuild and enhance the ServiceNow platform
Onboarding more business partners to use the project management tool and demand intake process
Focusing on reporting and dashboards as more business partners are onboarded
The role is being set up as a product owner position within the EPMO to provide more focus, as the previous role was very broad and challenging.
Expertise in ServiceNow Process Manager (SPM)
Project management background, though not required
Ability to act as a liaison between the new consulting partner and Infosys, translating what needs to be done for the ServiceNow platform
Initiative and ability to take on the responsibilities of the role, similar to the previous role held by Sharonda
Potential to be placed in a product owner position for SPM within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO)
Leads and or participates in cross-functional task forces to identify current and future: workflow, business impact assessments, business process improvements, data definitions, information sources and distribution paths for business processes.
Conducts or provides input to business process analysis, needs assessment and cost-benefit analysis studies. Assists in finalizing comprehensive business cases and benefit dimensions of proposed projects/work requests for scope decisions.
Facilitates discussions between business teams and technical resources to review business needs, requirements, and alternative solutions..
Research, analyze, synchronize, maintain, modify, interpret, validate and prepare data, information and content used in making business decisions.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
