Detailed Job Description:
We are looking for a Splunk Developer and Administrator with extensive monitoring and dashboarding experience, capable of managing complex enterprise-grade environments. The candidate should bring strong scripting and development experience using Python, along with exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, S3) and a diverse range of programming languages and web technologies including Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and XML.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with the client during requirement gathering and design sessions
- Develop, manage, and maintain Splunk dashboards, alerts, and visualizations
- Administer Splunk environments including configuration, indexing, and cluster management
- Leverage Python and scripting skills for automation and custom solutions
- Work with cloud services, particularly AWS S3, to integrate data sources
- Assist with onboarding and parsing data, and tuning alerts for effective monitoring
- Work across Java-based systems and web front-ends using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Participate in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and maintenance of log and monitoring solutions
Must have skills:
- Splunk developer and Admin
- Python and experience in AWS, S3, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and XML
Nice to have skills:
