Compensation
Pay Range:$44.10-$63.00 Per Hr

Description
Provide engineering and monitoring services for the evolution of Monitoring and Event Management Platforms.
Develop, enhance, test, support, maintain, and debug software applications.
Work under general direction on complex projects and seek guidance when needed.
Guide and mentor teams of specialists for operational support of Monitoring Tools.
Advise support teams on Event Management functions.
Develop and test server application monitoring solutions.
Respond to incidents for application availability issues as part of on-call duties.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and support Monitoring platforms while adhering to policies and standards.
Coordinate maintenance activities.
Develop software solutions to improve manual or inefficient processes.
Prepare and maintain Monitoring solution design and support process documentation.
Design, integrate, and implement monitoring and event management solutions.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience with monitoring tools.
Experience with log monitoring and communication between monitoring platforms.
Strong experience working with server environments.
Knowledge and experience with scripting languages.
