Job Description:
Position Summary

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead Marketing Technology initiatives within our Product organization. In this role, you will focus on supporting the company as a leader in marketing technology solutions that enable targeted, data-driven, personalized omni-channel marketing programs at scale.

As a Product Manager, Marketing Technology, you will collaborate with business teams, engineering, and external vendors to define and deliver products, data, and platform integrations that power campaign orchestration, audience segmentation, personalization, and measurement across email and mobile channels. This empowers marketing teams to drive high-performance campaigns.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and influence, with the ability to communicate a clear product vision to both business and technical partners.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support Retention Marketing Technology product strategy: Identify and prioritize business requests and opportunities to maintain a competitive edge in ecommerce. Support roadmap commitments for marketing to existing clients. (10%)
  • Collaborate with key business and technology stakeholders: Balance competing interests and align partners around a clear vision, with support from leadership. (5%)
  • Work cross-functionally: Partner with teams focused on personalization, orchestration, acquisition, retention marketing, marketing effectiveness, analytics, user-facing experiences (web, iOS, Android), media networks, and omni-channel initiatives to deliver projects enabling effective marketing program delivery, measurement, and modeling. (5%)
  • Partner with Engineering: Identify implementation options and guide business partners on recommendations and prioritization. (15%)
  • Drive requirements from concept through launch: Collaborate with internal engineering resources and external development partners/vendors as needed. (15%)
  • Manage day-to-day troubleshooting and prioritization: Address retention marketing-related incidents and bugs. (10%)
  • Maintain a healthy, groomed backlog: Ensure functional and technical user stories are prioritized and ready for development. (10%)
  • Assess technical questions and resolve issues: Partner with engineering and/or vendors to reach resolution. (5%)
  • Develop success metrics and monitor post-launch results: Use analysis and reporting to measure impact. (5%)
  • Create and maintain documentation: Prepare product status updates, training materials, release notes, and user guides throughout the product lifecycle. (5%)
  • Drive continual product improvements: Inform the roadmap with innovative ideas based on user research (qualitative & quantitative), market/competitive analysis, and personalization success metrics. (5%)
