Project Manager, Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's Local utilities company is hiring an Associate Project Manager to help facilitate EV charging equipment testing, hardware, and software fixes in Oakland, CA.

Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to conduct on-site EV charging equipment testing with property site hosts
* Track the progress and outcomes of EV charging equipment testing and provide progress reports to the MSDI Program Manager
* Proactively work with the MSDI Program Manager to facilitate hardware and software charger fixes as needed
* Oversee the implementation and monitoring of EV charging grant programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines
* Once external funding applications are approved, monitor their progress and resolve issues as they arise - this includes providing status updates on external funding milestones and deliverables

REQUIREMENTS:
* BS/BA degree, or equivalent work experience
* 3-5 years of project coordinator experience
* 2-4 years of experience managing grant applications/funding
* Being detailed oriented and demonstrating a track record of organizational skills
* Ability to communicate complex processes to others

Additional Qualifications:
* Familiarity with construction projects
* Experience working with an investor-owned utility
* High level of organization

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
