This is a vital opportunity for a service-oriented technical professional to manage and support both information technology (IT) and operational technology (OT) within a dynamic plant environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide immediate, hands-on IT/OT support, including diagnosing and resolving issues with Windows endpoints, peripherals, and plant-floor systems.

  • Administer network devices, support phone systems, perform data backups, and manage end-user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

  • Participate in an on-call rotation to quickly manage and resolve high-severity incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven hands-on experience in end-user hardware and software troubleshooting.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.

  • One or more years of experience in a help desk, field service, or operational technology support role.

  • Strong customer-service orientation and a positive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to balance customer needs with maintaining a stable and secure IT environment.
