KEY STAFF ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

System Configuration and Integration Lead

  • Implement System Design Services in collaboration with Lead Developer and Solution Architect.
  • Responsible for system configuration and integration requirements management and traceability.
  • Design, develop, and disseminate the Architecture Design Specifications, Database Design Specifications, and Schedule.
  • Manage and implement System Configuration Services.
  • Responsible for Data Sharing Requirements between regional, local, and state entities.
  • Responsible for data integration and data exchange planning, testing, and implementation in accordance with CDPH-approved architecture.
  • Implement modern best practices and minimize the complexity of configuration and data integration solutions.
  • Develop all configuration and integration solutions with future scalability needs in mind.
  • Implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) best practices to ensure high quality, maintainability, and adaptability of configuration and data integration solutions.
  • Responsible for ensuring high data quality for all data integration solutions.
  • Assess the impact of changes in non-production and production environments and ensure reliability of approved deployments.
  • Perform other duties as required.

System Configuration and Integration Lead

Mandatory Experience:

  1. A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a lead with the overall responsibility of leading a team in system development, configuration, testing, and implementation activities.
  2. A minimum of three (3) years of experience leading virtual teams with at least ten (10) team members.
  3. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the configuration and development of a vendor system solution.
  4. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in systems interoperability and integration engineering.
  5. A minimum of five (5) years of knowledge and experience in developing technical requirements, technical documentation, technical approaches, acquisition strategies, technology modernization strategies and plans, system integrated solutions, test methodologies, capabilities, and analysis.
  6. A minimum of five (5) years of experience working with DevOps methodologies.

Desirable Experience

  1. One (1) to three (3) years of experience as the System Configuration and Integration Lead implementing or maintaining a public sector system.
