Job Title: Agile Project Manager (SDLC, Enterprise Delivery State of Texas Preferred)

Location: Hybrid - (LOCAL TO THE AUSTIN AREA ONLY)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Skilled in managing projects with implementations across large organizations, including developing and managing project plans, documenting risks, issues, and contingency plans.
  • Ability to research, gather, assemble, correlate, and analyze facts; devise solutions to problems; and prepare concise reports and recommendations.
  • Experience overseeing the development of SDLC artifacts, ensuring business requirements are translated into technical specifications, and guiding the SDLC process.
  • Proven success in developing and maintaining strong relationships with multiple project sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to summarize and escalate issues effectively.
  • Ability to provide weekly status updates and conduct regular project team meetings.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodology, including overseeing and tracking development progress, ensuring project assignments align with timelines.
  • Agile project management experience with feature-driven sprints.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience implementing and using Agile methodologies and best practices for one or more State of Texas agencies.
  • PMP Certification.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead large-scale enterprise project implementations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, track deliverables, and maintain contingency strategies.
  • Facilitate the SDLC process, ensuring business requirements are translated into technical deliverables.
  • Monitor and oversee Agile development processes, manage sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of features.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, provide clear communication across stakeholders, and deliver comprehensive project status reports.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve project risks and issues effectively.
  • Foster collaboration across business and technical teams to drive successful project outcomes.
