We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Senior ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to support a major ServiceNow initiative for a global medical supply organization. This role will focus on delivering robust and scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITOM, ITSM, APM, CMDB, HAM, and SAM modules. You ll collaborate with global IT teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow capabilities that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- 7 10 years of experience with ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist and Certified System Administrator (CSA) Required.
- Proven expertise in at least two of the following areas:
- ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Cloud Management)
- ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
- CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
- APM (Application Portfolio Management)
- HAM (Hardware Asset Management)
- SAM (Software Asset Management)
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and data governance.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external platforms, tools, and APIs.
- Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications in SAM, APM, HAM, ITOM, or CMDB.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and project delivery frameworks.
- Familiarity with scripting in ServiceNow using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and automated workflows.
- Background supporting global or regulated enterprise environments (e.g., healthcare, life sciences, or manufacturing).
