Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced AWS Full Stack Senior Developer with strong expertise in Production Support and hands-on skills in React.js, Spring Boot, and AWS Cloud.

The ideal candidate will play a dual role - contributing to both application development and production support activities, ensuring system reliability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Experience with Dynatrace or other monitoring tools is essential.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide L2/L3 production support, proactively monitor system performance, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Use Dynatrace (or similar APM tools) for root cause analysis and performance optimization.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React, Spring Boot, and AWS.

Perform incident management, problem resolution, and work on permanent fixes.

Collaborate with business, architecture, and infrastructure teams to ensure application stability and performance.

Support continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and automate operational tasks.

Participate in on-call rotation and ensure SLAs are met for all critical applications.

Contribute to documentation, monitoring dashboards, and operational runbooks.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in AWS Cloud Services (Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch, etc.)

Proficiency in React.js (front-end) and Spring Boot / Java (back-end) development

Proven experience in Production Support and application troubleshooting

Expertise in Dynatrace for performance monitoring and issue analysis

Good understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices, and CI/CD pipelines

Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, and DevOps practices

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
