Job title: Interactive Hub Specialist Level III

Duration: 12 Months

Work location: 100% Remote

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Eight (8) years of technical experience in the implementation and support phases of PeopleSoft Interaction Hub 9.1 and PeopleSoft 9.2
  • Experience in the Higher Education Industry
  • Thorough knowledge of PeopleTools 8.60 and higher, including Workflow, SQR, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, XML Publisher, and Upgrade Assistant
  • Expert knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL
  • Knowledge of Application Designer, SQL Developer/Toad, and the PeopleSoft Query tool
  • Ability to effectively communicate with technical and functional staff, administrative users, and Information Resources managers
  • Additional working knowledge of other PeopleSoft modules such as Campus Solutions and Human Capital Management will be considered an added advantage

Duties/Responsibilities:

The consultant must be comfortable working closely with stakeholders and possess good communication skills. The consultant will be responsible for the design and development of high-quality solutions for the PeopleSoft Interaction Hub. The consultant will also possess knowledge of User Interface design and branding required for leveraging PeopleSoft 'Classic' and Fluid themes.

2. Experience with Fluid and PeopleTools 8.60 and above and Oracle databases.

3. Configure and maintain key features of PeopleSoft Interaction Hub such as Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, Unified Navigation, Global Search, Branding, Homepages, Portal Sites, Content Management, Portal Registry, Pagelets, and Navigation Collections.

4. Competency with PeopleSoft Development Tools: Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, App Packages, Work Centers, Dashboards, Workflow, SQL, Data Mover, and Process Scheduler.

5. Integrate with Oracle Identity Management System using People Integration Broker

6. Competency with PeopleSoft branding: Ability to build and assemble themes, modify Style Sheets and Macro Sets.

7. Competency with Integration Broker: Integration Gateways, Service Operations, Messages, Handlers, Routings, and Monitoring.

8. Competency with HTML5, JavaScript and CSS 3.

9. Understanding of PeopleSoft Security Administration: Users, Roles, Permissions, Process Groups, User Preferences, Authentication, and Dynamic roles.

10. Provide consulting and assistance regarding PeopleSoft user interface configuration, operations, and standards.

11. Integrate new interfaces and messaging for the Interaction Hub.

12. Assist with security configuration related to navigation. May conduct or participate in war room sessions to solve issues.

13. Implement integration between PeopleSoft Interaction Hub, HCM, CS, and FSCM applications.

14. Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid Development: Fluid Pages, Tiles, Landing Pages, Dashboards, Fluid Approval, and Notifications.
