Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Analyst (Onsite: Miami or Dallas)

Key Must-Haves:
1. At least 3 years of direct, hands-on experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, or crisis management (planning, testing, and real-world execution).

2. Experience supporting or managing BCDR programs, such as conducting risk assessments, business impact analyses, updating policies, or leading/training for recovery exercises.

3. Ability to work closely with IT, crisis management, and business units—not just from a technical perspective, but as a communicator and collaborator.

4. Comfort with documentation and process: able to keep records current, follow established plans, and help improve processes over time.

5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

6. Available to work onsite in Miami or Dallas (5 days/week; no remote/hybrid/relocation).

7. Willingness to support after-hours or weekend emergency response if needed.

Nice to Have:
Experience with business continuity management systems or emergency notification tools.

Industry certifications such as CBCP, CBCI, ISO, FEMA, or PMP (not required).

Prior experience mentoring or training others.

Role Overview:
You’ll help develop, update, and carry out business continuity and disaster recovery plans. This includes supporting risk assessments, helping prepare for and lead recovery exercises or drills, keeping documentation up to date, and collaborating with teams across the company to ensure readiness for disruptions.

Contract Details:

$41–$53/hr W2

4-month contract with chance to extend

5 days/week onsite in Miami or Dallas
