Systems Analyst 2 (UI/UX Designer) - Hybrid

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for an Systems Analyst 2 (UI/UX Designer) for our premier client in Austin, Texas.

Education and Experience

• Hands-on experience designing user interfaces and experiences for enterprise systems, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual hiera 4Years

Experience with AI/ML Interfaces:

• Demonstrated experience designing user interfaces for systems that incorporate Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning, with a focus on explainable AI (XAI) and human-AI interaction principles.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Collaborate with Code for America and cross-functional teams to apply industry best practices in UI/UX design.
• Employ a comprehensive suite of toolsincluding Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Hotjarand implement usability testing, responsive design, and SEO optimization strategies.

Complex System Design:

• Ability to understand and design for complex business logic and regulatory requirements, particularly in domains like government services, healthcare, or finance.

Data Visualization:

• Skill in presenting complex data and AI insights in a clear, concise, and understandable visual format.

Empathy and User Advocacy:

• Deep commitment to understanding user needs and advocating for user-centered design principles.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present design solutions to stakeholders.

Understanding of Accessibility Standards:

• Knowledge of WCAG and other accessibility guidelines to ensure inclusive design.

WHAT YOULL DO:

Job Responsibilities:

• Proven UX Design Experience: Extensive portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping (low and high-fidelity), and usability testing.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual hierarchies in accordance with established accessibility guidelines and branding standards.
• Lead user research initiatives and journey mapping to gain deep insights into user interactions and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Role of UI/UX designers is central to improving accessibility, usability, and responsiveness of the HHSC eligibility systems.
