Job Details

Role: Technical Product Manager

Work mode: Onsite

Location: Erie, PA (Must be onsite day 1 onwards)

Max rates ---/hr on CTC or 1099

Visa: H1B

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Duration: 1year +( will go for multiple years)
  • 10-10 comm skills are must
  • Any visa is fine
  • 8-10 yrs of exp is must .

Responsibilities

Communication with Shared Teams:

  • Strong Communication skills with the ability to identify, capture and articulate simply with all internal and external contacts.
  • Ability to share business strategy initiatives especially where value impacts customer/user efficiencies that can be leveraged
  • Drive change enhancements specially where effectiveness and simplicity gains can be leveraged for business users.
  • Creative thinker and problem solver with an intuitive nature to foster learning across the platform and applications.

Product Strategy and Vision:

  • Develop a clear product vision aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Define product roadmaps, feature sets, and long-term strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements Gathering and Prioritization:

  • Work closely with stakeholders (internal teams, customers, and partners) to gather requirements.
  • Prioritize features based on business impact, technical feasibility, and user value.
  • Create detailed product specifications and user stories.

Product Development and Execution:

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality software products.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.

Technical Leadership:

  • Understand the technical aspects of the product, including architecture, APIs, and integrations.
  • Make informed decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Technical Product Manager or similar role.
  • Strong technical background with knowledge of software development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Experience with agile/scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, APIs, and data analytics is a plus.
