Job Title: Network Infrastructure Manager

Location: Hiram, OH

Job Overview:
Join a dynamic team as our Network Infrastructure Manager and take charge of designing and maintaining our cutting-edge network and communication systems. You'll be at the forefront of ensuring our network infrastructure is not just reliable and secure but also optimized for high performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving innovation in IT.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for our LAN, WAN, WLAN, Wireless, SD-WAN, VPN, NAC, SIP, OT, and Zero Trust Network Architecture.
- Collaborate with leadership to devise technical strategies and services for network infrastructure.
- Establish and enforce configuration rules and standards for network devices.
- Conduct regular assessments to anticipate future network requirements and scalability needs.
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of voice and data communication networks.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance network efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with other departments and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field.
- 10 years of IT industry experience in a technical leadership role focused on IT infrastructure planning, development, and implementation.
- Deep knowledge of network protocols, topologies, and architectures.
- Strong technical skills in Cisco networking technologies, routing protocols, wireless technologies, etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in relevant discipline.
- Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA).
- Hands-on experience with network engineering tools and automation.
- Experience with server and desktop virtualization, storage, and SANs.
