We are seeking a Senior or Principal Analytics Architect to lead analytics rationalization and modernization initiatives for enterprise retail clients. This is a client-facing, strategic role focused on auditing existing analytics ecosystems, defining future-state architectures, and delivering actionable roadmaps that unlock measurable business value.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise digital analytics architecture and implementation.
- Strong retail and eCommerce analytics expertise, including omnichannel measurement and merchandising KPIs.
- Deep hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics (GA4/UA), and tag management platforms (Tealium, GTM).
- Proven experience designing analytics data pipelines into Snowflake, Big Query, or similar cloud data platforms.
- Expertise in cross-platform analytics (web, headless/composable, mobile).
- Strong understanding of analytics governance, privacy, and compliance (GDPR, CCPA, consent management).
- Ability to lead client engagements end-to-end, present to executive stakeholders, and mentor technical teams.
Preferred:
- Experience with CDPs (Segment, Rudder Stack, Adobe RT-CDP, Salesforce CDP).
- Knowledge of composable/headless commerce analytics, automated analytics QA, and advanced analytics use cases.

- Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear business outcomes.
