We\'ll have 4 roles we\'re recruiting on:
1. SAP PTP functional - SAP functional consultant with deep expertise in Plan-to-Produce value stream
Sr. resource with multiple S4 deployment experience in Manufacturing industry
SAP Module Expertise: Production Planning PP), Materials Management (MM), Quality Management (QM), Plant Maintenance (PM)
Made to Order Environment
3. SAP STP functional - SAP functional consultant with deep expertise in Source-to-Pay or Procure-to-Pay value stream
Sr. resource with multiple S4 deployment experience in Manufacturing industry (onshore)
SAP Module Expertise: Materials Management (MM), Financial Accounting (FI), Supplier Relationship Mgt (SRM)
They are planning on moving to Ariba so that experience would be highly valued but not required
4. SAP RTR functional - SAP functional consultant with deep expertise in Record-to-Report value stream
Sr. resource with multiple S4 deployment experience in Manufacturing industry
SAP Module Expertise: Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Financial Accounting (FI), and Controlling (CO)
Integration with SD will outweigh MM, due to their OTC environment.
More on the CO side, but that can change down the road Most important sub module is Material Ledge/Product Costing.

- Feedback from competition\'s resources were that that they were lacking in communication. We need someone that can interact with the business effectively.
- For each position, they have a strong preference on resources that can touch other modules outside of what they were hired for. Opposite of the feedback we normally get, they want a jack of all trades type resource for each role.
- S4 is not required nice to have. They are still on ECC with plans of going to S4 in the next 2-3 years (Opportunity for us to impact this if we show up well here).
