We are seeking a skilled and certifiedServiceNow Developerto join our dynamic team in Frisco, TX. The ideal candidate will hold at least aCertified System Administrator (CSA)certification and possess strong expertise inJavaScript,Flow Designer, and a solid understanding ofIT Service Management (ITSM)best practices. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on impactful projects and enhance ServiceNow capabilities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and other platform tools.
Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new modules and enhancements.
Integrate ServiceNow with internal and external systems and third-party applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow workflows and processes with a focus on ITSM modules.
Ensure compliance with development standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
Participate in platform upgrades, patches, and performance tuning activities.

Required Qualifications:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Mandatory.
8+ years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
Strong proficiency inJavaScriptand familiarity with scripting APIs and development tools within ServiceNow.
Experience withFlow Designerand other automation capabilities.
Good understanding ofITSM processessuch as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ITSM Implementation Specialist, Application Developer) are a plus.
Experience with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., CMDB, Asset, HR, SecOps) is advantageous.
