Position Summary:
The Technical Product Manager (TPM) drives the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of next-generation technology solutions. Partnering with engineering, design, and business stakeholders, you will translate market needs into scalable, secure, high-performance products overseeing everything from initial concept through deployment and ongoing optimization.

Position Summary:
The Technical Product Manager (TPM) drives the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of next-generation technology solutions. Partnering with engineering, design, and business stakeholders, you will translate market needs into scalable, secure, high-performance products overseeing everything from initial concept through deployment and ongoing optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own product vision, strategy, and multi-release roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Translate business goals and market research into detailed epics, user stories, and technical requirements.
- Collaborate daily with architects, software engineers, UX/UI designers, and business partners to ensure solutions are feasible, user-centric, and technically sound.
- Prioritize backlogs using data-driven frameworks; balance performance, security, and scalability considerations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct post-launch analyses, and iterate based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retros to drive continuous delivery.
- Create technical documentation, product briefs, and release notes; communicate status and risks to leadership and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior product team members; foster cross-functional collaboration and a culture of innovation.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies (APIs, cloud, DevOps, AI/ML) and recommend applications to enhance product value.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of technical product-management experience, delivering complex software products.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and modern cloud architectures.
- Proven ability to analyze data, draft technical specs, and interpret system-architecture diagrams.
- Strong leadership, facilitation, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Experience working closely with engineering, UX/UI, and business teams to build customer-centric solutions.
- Comfort with APIs, DevOps concepts, and technical trade-off discussions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in SaaS, AI/ML, or enterprise-scale platforms.
- Hands-on coding experience or advanced technical acumen.
- Certifications in Scrum, Agile, or Product Management (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, Pragmatic, etc.).
- Working knowledge of user-interface design principles and user-experience best practices.
