Seeking a IT Project Coordinator to be a member of the PMO/Integration Team, supporting Project Managers with technical tasks, coordination efforts, and integration activities across the organization.
Role: IT Project Coordinator
Type: w2 / (Client cannot accept c2c or visa candidates at this time)
Duration: 18 Months (Could be extended)
Location: Remote (Must live and work in EST)
DESIRED Experience:
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Relevant certifications (PMP, CAPM, Agile, etc.)
- Experience with Applied Epic and Vertafore AMS360
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as an IT Project Coordinator or in a similar capacity supporting project execution
- Assist Project Managers with ongoing business and integration initiatives
- Coordinate and interface with IT teams and business stakeholders
- Support cross-functional project teams and maintain documentation
- Perform general technical project management tasks, including task coordination and status tracking
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to support project execution
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience as an IT Project Coordinator or in a similar role
- 1+ year of experience in InsurTech and system integration projects
- Technical background
- Proficiency in Smartsheet and ServiceNow (SPM)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical resources, and business users
