Job Details
We are seeking a detail-oriented Workers Compensation Regulatory Reporting Specialist to assist clients in meeting various state reporting requirements. This role ensures compliance with Workers Compensation Qualified Self-Insurance status and/or monopolistic fund requirements across multiple states. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with workers compensation self-insurance programs, regulatory reporting, and multi-state compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and track reporting schedules for each client by entity and state.
- Request and obtain payroll, hours, loss information, financial statements, and other required documents from clients, TPAs, or other sources.
- Follow up diligently with stakeholders to ensure compliance with strict state deadlines.
- Review and input information into various state web portals.
- Guide clients through certification and sign-off processes within portals.
- Maintain detailed records of all activities, including requests, actuarial reports, proof of payments, and related documentation.
- Review and monitor surety bond/security requirements by state, requesting adjustments as needed.
- Provide actuarial reports and supporting documentation required by state agencies.
