SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in composing, reviewing, and editing technical documents, policy manuals, procedural documents, operational guidelines, materials, and reports. Required- 8 years
- Previous experience researching, developing, and disseminating information on techniques for organizing and presenting policy, procedure and technical information. Required- 8 years
- Ability to consult with technical staff in the development of documentation, policy and procedural material. Required- 8 years
- Previous experience preparing responses to correspondence, reports, surveys, questionnaires, and other requests for information . Required- 6 years
- Experience creating and presenting policy and procedure updates, reports, options and feedback to upper management and C Level stakeholders. Required- 6 years
- Previous technology writing experience in the public sector Preferred- 5Years
- Knowledge of IT policies and procedures Preferred- 5Years
