Are you a dynamic and results-driven demand generation and marketing professional looking for an exciting opportunity? In this role, you will generate new leads for clients looking to fulfill their talent needs through a talent acquisition company. This role places you at the forefront of developing new business opportunities through innovative strategies. Your primary goal will be to generate high-quality leads and convert them into talent acquisition business opportunities while collaborating closely with the leadership team to develop compelling messaging and create engaging presentations.

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business leads with companies looking to hire staff through a Talent Acquisition company.
  • This role places you at the forefront of generating new business opportunities through innovative marketing strategies.
  • Manage and optimize lead nurturing processes using CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Your primary goal will be to generate high-quality leads (via cold calling and online networking platforms like LinkedIn) and convert them into talent acquisition opportunities while collaborating closely with the leadership team to shape and execute impactful presentations.
  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to identify potential customers and drive high-quality leads into the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct market research to discover new opportunities, stay informed on industry trends, and understand customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop compelling messaging and create engaging presentations.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to gauge the success of lead generation activities and refine strategies as necessary.
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and generate new leads.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and lead generation.
  • Leverage various marketing channels, such as email, social media, content marketing, and SEO, to engage and attract prospects.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Good to have basic IT and cloud technologies knowledge (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
  • 2+ years of experience in a lead generation role in talent acquisition or recruitment verticals.
  • Proven success in generating (via cold calling) and nurturing leads through diverse online channels.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Strong experience working on MS Office ( MS PowerPoint and Excel )
