Required Skills
- 8+ years of Android development experience.
- Strong expertise with Kotlin, Coroutines, Flows.
- Experience with Android Jetpack (Navigation, LiveData, ViewModel, Room, WorkManager).
- Proficiency with Jetpack Compose (Capital One apps are gradually migrating).
- Solid understanding of Android Studio, Gradle, and build optimization.
- Experience working with cloud services (preferably AWS).
- Working knowledge of Unit Tests, UI Tests (JUnit, Espresso).
- Knowledge of secure coding practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in banking, fintech, payments, or regulated environments.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI.
- Knowledge of Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM) is a plus.
- Experience with feature toggles, A/B testing, and analytics integration.
- Familiarity with modern architecture frameworks like Hilt/Dagger for DI.
